I liked this idea and thought I would play. I have never participated in a tag before so this is a first for me.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

So glad you're joining in the fun!

I remember you coming over to our apartment and helping me quilt the blanket I made for Evie. And that you helped me find a sensible binding/lace and made it work.

I remember staying at your house for Easter a few years ago, and you took the time to make and hide a basket for me. That meant a lot to me, even though I needed help to find my basket hidden in the bucket of flour in the pantry! I used the cucumber melon lotion and bath wash from the bath set for quite a while - I loved the scent.

I remember when you used to come read stories to our classes in elementary school. You had all the flannel board things and dressed up and everything. I loved it.
I also remember one time when we were at the Tilleys house in Texas. If I remember right you were very pregnant with Abby. Anyway you went outside and started jumping on the pogo stick. Quite a sight! But you were really good.

SOOOOOO many memories - can't limit it to one! I remember my first Christmas in El Paso. You found out what my Christmas "list" was and got me everything on the list. You always made sure that my children gave me gifts on my birthday and holidays. That meant meant so much to me. When the kids and I moved to our first apartment there, you held a house-warming party for me, always going the extra mile to help me feel special and important. I remember our road trip from Texas to Idaho in your big white van by ourselves with 9 kids & a tiny baby. On the way home, we thought we were so clever to take a shortcut - we ended up driving through the mountains, going around curves on awful switchbacks at 1:00 a.m. I was driving that that huge van and was terrified! Same trip - on the way there, you wanted me to drive faster, so I did and I got a ticket! Okay one more: we used to drive around and around Bennigans, trying to decide whether to cave in and and have a Death by Chocolate dessert, or be "good" and go over to Albertsons and get bananas - Bennigans usually won out! Miss those times! :)

I remember staying with you while awaiting our passports to join Mark in England. We were down in the basement doing flowers for a wedding. Jared or Adam's? I'm not sure. Oren was on the floor by us, and then we looked up and he was all the way across the room! He hadn't rolled that far before.

And I remember you being there with me while I had Oren. That meant so much to me that you were there. You massaged my feet and commented you hadn't seen feet that swollen. You had me play a dice game to keep my mind off waiting to push. And you kept telling me I could do it when I didn't think I could push anymore. That was all really special to me, and I am so glad you are my aunt!

I have so many memories of you. You always did fun things with us. I remember homemade bread, making no-bake cookies, Christmas at the cabin, bike rides as a family, and so many more. We had such a great time growing up. I remember all the creative ideas you came up with for asking or answering guys on dates/dances. You are so creative.

Alright, I feel like I'm jumping in REALLY late, since everyone else has had this up for AGES, but I just can't read all these memories and not leave my own! My only problem is that I don't know where to start...
I remember staying at your house the summer I turned 14, going to a stake dance with Jared, and you found me a razor just so I could shave my legs for going to the dance. I remember getting talked to about not wanting to dance with my cousin :) I have enjoyed many dances with a few of them since!
I remember renting a room from you in Roberts, and the support that you and Mike both gave while I lived there.
I remember the beautiful flowers you've done for me, like when I moved into my apartment in Nampa (I still have the rose and eucalyptus one) and all the flower arrangements for my wedding.
I couldn't begin to thank you enough for the all the love and support you have poured out to me through the years. Thank you!
